What is PvP Zone?

An Update V2 description said a PVP zone was opened, alongside a new boss and damage and speed upgrades. A creator clip of this game also hits a moment captioned as PvP against a sword-wielding mosquito. No reward table, no entry rule, and no proof that PvP larvae follow the boss table were recorded. The live V3 text does not repeat the PvP line.
